Where user-submitted information is edited, modified, rewritten, created or produced into original or unique content by This Is Construction (without engaging us under a paid service agreement), we retain complete ownership and copyright over such content. As such, this content shall be protected under the applicable copyright laws and the Intellectual Property clause above.
Where content is created under a paid service agreement (i.e. where you engage and pay This Is Construction to prepare content for you such as through an ongoing sponsorship or a single engagement) then you retain ownership and copyright of the completed work and may republish it on your own website.
In the case that you submit a fully-written completed article or piece of content that is republished on the Site, then you, or the company you represent, retain ownership of the content and grant This Is Construction with a irrevocable and perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully-paid, royalty-free, worldwide license, by ourselves or with others, to use, copy, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, print, publish, republish, excerpt (in whole or in part), reformat, translate, modify, revise and incorporate into other works, that User Content and any works derived from that User Content, in any form of media or expression.
