World’s First AI-Driven Facade for Proposed Towers at Sydney's Tech Central

Fender Katsalidis and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) won the design competition for Central Place Sydney, a $2.5 billion development in Sydney’s new tech hub adjacent to Central Station. The designers of the 150,000 sqm, 37 and 39-storey dual tower complex have promised “one of the most contemporary and sustainable workplaces in the world with its cutting-edge design”.
